As an end to their class topics, Officers Alan and Jamie visited Reception and Years 1, 2 and 3 from Downpatrick Police Service. They talked to the children about their role in the Community and their Police uniforms and equipment. Children had the opportunity to ask them questions about their job. There was great excitement when children were able to sit in the police car and hear the siren going off. This proved to be an excellent educational visit as the children have learned lots of information about the Police Service.
